Sörängen – A New Retail Destination in Nässjö
Aspehof Real Estate is proud to be a part of the development of Sörängen, Nässjö’s new retail district.
In May 2021 an agreement was signed with Nässjö Municipality regarding a land plot. The agreement paves the way for Aspehof Fastigheter to establish a mix of retail stores for durable goods and restaurants in the area.
This is an exciting project that we look forward to developing in close collaboration with the municipality and future tenants.
