Aspehof Real Estate to Develop New Logistics Facility for Widéns Åkeri in Jönköping
Aspehof Real Estate has been entrusted with the development of a new state-of-the-art logistics facility in Jönköping on behalf of Widéns Åkeri AB. The project is expected to generate approximately 30 new jobs and enable more efficient transport flows and reduced lead times for customers across Sweden.
The facility will cover 5,700 square meters and offer modern, flexible solutions tailored for Widéns Åkeri’s operational needs. It will include warm, cold, and frozen storage, efficient loading and unloading zones, as well as office space for administration and traffic planning.
Strategically located in Jönköping the facility will serve as a key hub for logistics operations enhancing national distribution efficiency.

The facility is scheduled for completion in 2025 and is expected to create approximately 30 new positions, including drivers, terminal staff, and traffic coordinators.
