Global Industrial Giant KION Group Establishes Nordic Distribution Hub at Stigamo.
We are of course talking about the KION Group – the world’s second-largest manufacturer of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Aspehof Real Estate is proud to welcome this global powerhouse to its property in southern Stigamo where KION Group will establish a new Nordic distribution center and warehouse. The facility is being purpose-built to handle all the spare part distribution for the Nordic market.
KION Group will be the tenant of the newly developed building, which is owned by Aspehof Real Estate. The facility will span 6,500 square meters and is expected to be completed within the coming months.
