Aspehof Real Estate AB has signed an agreement to develop and construct a new servicecenter of approximately 5,500 square meters in Värnamo for ABS Steel Nordic. The project marks an important milestone in ABS’s international expansion and further strengthens Värnamo’s position as an attractive industrial municipality.
The new facility will be designed as a modern servicecenter for steel distribution, including functions for storage, size customization, and technical support. The building will be developed with high standards for energy efficiency and sustainability, fully in line with both Aspehof Real Estate and the tenant’s ambitions.
